Victor Spadaro teaches physical education at the elementary level for Arlington Public Schools in Virginia. Additionally, Victor has coached at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. Along with being an OPEN National Trainer, he worked with the Chief Movement Officers (CMO) Cadres in Virginia as a mentor to provide movement opportunities and calm strategies in the classroom. Victor is well known for his knowledge of dance and the creation of instructional dance videos shared online. He is also a curriculum contributor for the state of Virginia and OPEN. Victor is the 2024 Virginia Ahperd Elementary Physical Education Teacher of the Year and the 2025 Southern District Elementary Physical Education Teacher of the Year.
